Very friendly staff - friendly vibe between employees and customers. Stopped in for donuts and to sit inside for a bit, and still a good variety of donuts at almost 11 on a weekday. Convenient location, too! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2/17/2026– Wow!! What a difference a day makes. Went through drive thru using mobile order app. Person working drive thru was rude. Used drive thru day before and total 180 on customer service. The crew on 2/16/26 was very friendly and accommodating. Mobil order had a glitch and this crew offered a solution and an explanation to the mobil glitch. Thank you crew on 2/16. To the morning person in 2/17 fake it until you can’t make it, then change your shift & change your mood. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been going to the Macedon Dunkin' donuts on and off for probably 15 years- I've just recently started going back because of job location. I live in Newark but that location is always awful. Palmyra is the slowest Dunkin I have ever encountered and may have even lost my on-line order! Macedon is the only place that has always gotten my order correct 98% of the time. I have noticed the past week that I have to order my coffee while I'm in Palmyra long before I even make it into Macedon because the assistant manager does not hustle like a few of the team. I was in a couple mornings ago and it was very slow at that location and there were people standing around looking for things to do and the assistant manager didn't even start making my order until well after I walked in the door... Again I ordered from Palmyra on my way there. Bridgette is one of the few team members there that is always smiling always perky and I know if she is working my order will be ready before I get there or as soon as she sees me depending on how busy they are and it will be correct. How is she not management? Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
