Biggest issue is the presentation of my Ice Coffee this morning the young lady wrapped in my receipt and some napkins to cover up the spilled coffee all over the lid and side of cup No apologies, just handed to me as if it was a perfect cup.. I understand it’s rush time but attention to detail should somewhat be a priority. Nobody wants to clean that up before enjoying it. Perfect example as to why 7 Brew, Red Owl and other chains are taking your customers. Do better. But wait there’s more: Get to work to see my egg and cheese bagel burnt What a horrible start to a morning. Thanks DD Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I stopped by Dunkin Donuts on Forsyth Rd tonight for some coffee. Unfortunately, it was not hot, and it tasted weird. Had too much cream or something in it. I poured it out when we got home and it was super thick. I truly like Dunkin Donuts but was disappointed in the quality of the coffee tonight. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: N/A Dietary restrictions: N/A

Today, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee, and when I asked if they could warm up the cinnamon roll, the employee said no. When I inquired about warming up sandwiches, the employee referred to me as "girl" by saying, "Girl thats what I said" over the intercom, which was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I drove out of the drive thru and while attempting to park, i see a young lady walking around the counter and outside. The employee actually came out and confronted me verbally, as if ready for an altercation. I then went inside to speak to the manager, and the employee's behavior remained unprofessional and disappointing while calling the manager on the phone with a disposition as if her behavior would be condoned by the manager. I hope this feedback helps improve their service, but I will never be going back again. Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
