The manager and store associate needs in service on customer service and hospitality. The store was still showing up as open on google at 819 I pull up to the store expecting to get a small hot chocolate and to use the restroom after completing a longggg shift at work I’m a nurse and an avid Dunkin’ Donuts goers every morning at the dunkin across the road when I’m scheduled for a shift. This experience was the first gross encounter I’ve had with a dunkin and I’ve been to many and friends with many managers. First, the lobby was closed with no- as I tried to get the attention of the people inside they blatantly ignored me. When someone finally glanced my way after 5 mins. They refused to even come to the door- On the first very cold night in New York City. Then as I mouth to them I want to make a purchase the manager said mouthed something - his associate laughed- then they proceeded to complete the order from the drive through. Completely disgusting. Communication is the key to effective communication. The store is obviously not closed as they are taking drive thru orders. I’m completely aware that each franchise has a different owner however, Dunkin’ should have a more thorough process in screening the employees that they use to represent them and follow the policies of open and closing hours accordingly. All money is valid at Dunkin for the hours listed on google maps. This occurred 11/10/2025 at 819 pm. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dunkin Donuts is my absolute favorite and I've always experienced great customer service when I went in. I'm in the hospitality business myself, so I've always appreciated how friendly and personable the staff was no matter which location I walked into. However my recent experience at one left me very disappointed, and makes me want to discontinue my business at that local facility. The location I'm referring to is in the Bronx, New York and located on the side of the Hutchinson river parkway. Maybe they do not care about building customer relations because they're a pit stop on the side of a highway but I still find the attitude of staff extremely unacceptable and disrespectful towards the Dunkin' Donuts brand. My father went in to get a coffee and as he was coming out lost his balance. He is still recovering from surgery that he had two days ago. A female staff member saw him lose his balance and drop his coffee as she was being relieved from her shift. While I was helping him up she told him to go inside that they would refill his coffee. When my father went inside a male staff member refused to refill his coffee and responded "You dropped your coffee. Not me. So, why should I give you another one?" I understand that this person had no obligation to fill my fathers coffee, but it also was not my fathers fault he lost his balance. He was genuinely excited to get his coffee (He as well is a big fan of Dunkin Donuts) and he came out completely disappointed and embarrassed by the way this worker spoke with him. I offered to buy him another cup myself but he refused. I genuinely love this company. I have either a hazelnut k cup, or a cold brew to start my day. However, this experience just did not make me as excited about your coffee as I normally am.
