We went to this dunkin twice while my fiancé and I were in the area on a trip. On the first day, order was wrong after I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and it was give plain black. But that wasn't the worst part of it. They had a few kids there including one of them working behind the counter (which is illegal). The other one I think was the manager’s daughter who was just there hanging around. While we were there sitting down, we saw the girl take a picture of my fiance on her phone without asking for permission. We chose not to make a scene out of it (even though what she did made us feel us uncomfortable), so we let it go. We cane back the next day, and decided to sit outside on the porch. The same girl was there and decided to sit at the same table and stare at us. We left shortly after that and got in the car to leave. As we’re sitting in the car, she was STILL staring at us from inside the building. That was the last straw, and my fiance went back inside to complain in person. The ONLY reason this Dunkin is getting two stars instead of one is because they gave us coupons for free coffee (My fiance still wanted me to give them one star regardless) If the management is going to have their kids there, please teach them to be respectful to the customers. We will be looking for another location next time we’re in this area.

Food is good when they get the order right. Which is hit or miss. It's disappointing but I'm going to have to stop going since I don't know when my order will be correct and I hate wasting food and money. I waste money getting an order that isn't mine. It's a waste of food if it's still something I'll eat but they'd have to toss it for me returning it. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1

I like dunkin' donuts but will never b back to Shawanos I ordered at the drive thru when they were slow (2 cars in the parking lot whose were probably employees cars and only 1 car in the drive thru who was behind me) and I sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting to even pay (this time isn't exaggerated either I know cuz I was looking at my phone while waiting because I was on my way to work) I've never had one drink take that long and for them to not even come to the window to take my money within the first 5 minutes at least... I might have just had a bad experience but I will not be going back. Service: 1
