The staff were very respectful and friendly. The tall guy name He said A.Raj gentleman working was especially nice and welcoming. Great person and excellent service—I really appreciated his kindness and gave him a $10 tip for him. So nice person Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dunkin’ is overall very inconsistent when it comes to making a coffee and I will I could give the Southgate location a zero star rating.. making a coffee seems simple, but not for most so it seems of the incompetent individuals that work at the Eureka Rd Dunkin’ in Southgate the day shift employees seem okay most of the time, going at night is generally a waste of money and time when you have to go back to have your coffee re-made sometimes more than once.. I could go on but I won’t waste anymore time.. just do yourself a favor and avoid the Southgate location, mostly at night when you do return a coffee the employees question you and try to corner you for returning a coffee that they obviously couldn’t make correctly.. they also seem to be forgetful when you go in the next day and ask for a manager, nothing a call to corporate and ultimately the owner won’t fix. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by Dunkin' while waiting for service on my vehicle nearby. The store was nice, clean, quiet, and had a pleasant atmosphere when I walked in. I grabbed some donut holes, and they tasted a little dry, almost like they may have been a day old, but overall it was still a decent stop. One thing that honestly caught me by surprise in a good way was the staff and customers. It felt like I walked into a mini India because everyone in there was Indian. Nothing wrong with that at all — actually kind of cool and different from what I expected. Everyone seemed calm and pleasant, and the atmosphere was comfortable overall. Nice little place to sit and relax while waiting on car service. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
