Is this possibly the slowest dunkin in America? The whole point of dunkin is that it’s supposed to be your quick morning stop when you’re on the way to work! Took 21 minutes in the drive-thru today to get 1 coffee. There were only 2 cars in front of me Plus they can’t make a coffee to save someone’s life. I’ve gone here about 6 times (different times of the day- morning, afternoon, night so you cant blame rush hour) and every time it’s been ridiculously slow and the coffee has been totally awful. They never have any more of the donuts you want, they even put a donut in my box that I didn’t want to just complete the half dozen without asking! It’s always the same experience whether you do dine-in or take-out. But honestly they were never rude to me, though, it’s pretty a chill vibe inside. Sorry Spring Lake dunkin, I gave you mad chances but I can’t take it anymore. It sucks, but, I guess I’ll just have to go to a different dunkin way further from my house from now on. I love this Dunkin'! I get the best drinks from here and the customer service is always outstanding!! I go Monday through Friday first thing when it opens up in the morning... I ordered a cold brew & got ice coffee. There’s a distinct difference in the taste. Cold brew is good & their iced coffee tastes disgusting. It wasn’t even stirred. The swirl was sitting at the bottom. Asked for less ice & it was full of ice. The cold foam was a decent amount but not the correct amount. It’s literally not hard to make. On the rare occasion they are serving food, it’s never right. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. The management is lazy & trash! The owners really have no idea what’s going on in any of their locations. All they care about is the money. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
