My wife have ordered online for pick up. After 20 minutes i went inside.one staff given all order available to customers who are waiting. Im the only one brown skin asian. I saw my wifes order and name. I said can i pick up for (wifes name) and she rudely said U HAVE TO WAIT!! i just quiet. Then all the orders were given but no one ask whats mine, until i just say to that rude staff. Can u give this to me, that latte is standing there for 15 minutes and i just came.. it didnt mean that you saw me just came, you did not ask my order and name and you told me i have to wait?? Because i look unusual, all white customer you are very kind but for me because of what i look you are rude? Thats not good, be kind to customer even the tone of ur voice ur carrying the good brand and my fave donut since childhood.

Who ever was working the window taking the drive thru orders @ 10:30 am was extremely rude and also incorrect about my order. I am aware that the hazelnut cloud is a latte be that as it may you can still put hazelnut syrup and cold foam on my cold brew. So why would you waste both of our times being rude to me? I will be back but when I can come inside instead of the drive thru because that’s apparently the only time y’all can properly prepare my drink without being rude as all hell. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well I just found out some information that the people of Springfield need to know about the new Dunkin' Donuts across from McDonald's. I started off saying I wanted a dozen donuts, then I listed the 12 that I wanted. They told me the charge was $20.75! When I went to pay I ask them, is it really $20 for a dozen donuts now?? They said no it's $13 and I said well then why am I being charged $20.75? She said it's because you didn't say you wanted a dozen donuts first, you just listed them. When I said that I didn't think that was right, she proceeded to cuss me out!! This will be the last time I ever go there. once again, I am reminded why Donut Palace is the king in Springfield! Kid-friendliness: I'm sure everyone in the restaurant heard this woman cussing me out. So no I would say this place is not kid-friendly Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
