We stopped coming to this closer location for a while due to our drinks not coming out right. Either the Amritsar is stingy with toppings or we get sick after the drinks. We decided to try again today after several months of not coming to this location and choosing to go to the Morton ranch location. The abroad’s was great’ love him but I’m not sure of the milk is left out too long or maybe it’s the soft too but we got sick with diarrhea. This never happens at the Morton ranch location. This is possibly a good handling issue that Dutch bros needs to look into. Again it’s not the service. Everyone’s great it’s either parts not being clean properly or items sitting out too long. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Poor experience and bad drinks almost every time. Came for a drink this morning and the order taker isn’t even sure what type of seasonal drinks they offer, which is not a problem if they allow you to get to a menu board before forcing you to order. She made me pull all the way up past the board with the menu, but then has no idea what type of drinks they serve - that’s not helpful. The order taker missed adding soft top on my order so when I got to the window it was wrong and there was no option to add it as I already paid. I am not spending my money here again. I’ve given several chances since moving to the area but every experience has been really bad. PS - what is up with the stickers? Please stop offering me junk at the window.
