The coldbrew was okay, it was a dark roast, a strong taste of raspberry a pinch of tabacco, and was more watery than my preferred taste. However, I do like it strong. The girls at the service window knew nothing about coffee flavor notes. And it's a coffee place. I told them what I'm used to since they asked, i said "I'm used to a two part Brazil one part Columbian, dark roast; chocolatey nutty notes are my favorite. What's your cold brew like?", sheer confidence from her "oh you'll like it then"... I didn't. Though, I'm sure they just need to move people along, I'd rather them be honest, say they weren't sure, and they only knew it was a dark roast. I might have liked the coffee more if I knew before I started drinking. Sorry, I'm a bit of a coffee snob. Though it's not terrible coffee, just not my preferred. I'd rather not be lied to, and I like my coffee place to know coffee well. Especially for ~$5. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This was my first time visiting ANY Dutch Bros Coffee location...I injured my knee and thought I would be better off going through a "drive - through" for a cup of coffee, versus hobbling around when I got home in an attempt to FIX a cup. First off.. the menu gives minimal information about the different drinks, but what really bothered me was that there were no prices posted. Then I got to the window, and the young man there was nice enough...he was in a mighty hurry, though (I was the only customer at the moment...6:30 on a Saturday morning.) I ordered a medium hot coffee with cream and a "muffin top"...the girl filling the cup informed us both that "the cup may be large, she was only putting a medium drink in it." She put the lid on and walked away. All that as quick as it took to say it. While she was doing this...he shoved a FROZEN " muffin top" out the window at me, while telling me how much it came to...I handed my credit card to him and then abruptly he shoved an electronic device out the window and asked me to choose a tip...I felt like I had five questions that had already been passed by and now I was being put on the spot for a tip!? Before I realized what I had done, I touched the $2 tip box and the whole thing was over and he was gone. So...for $9.00 I got; 1. a cup of coffee that looked as though someone else had been drinking it. 2. a FROZEN "muffin top" (NO napkins NO bag) 3. and this: "" Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
