Went here and ordered 5 large drinks. Two of the drinks were made wrong, went back to get the two drinks remade. Told the barista what happened and she said no problem I’ll make them again, then she came back and said she needed to check with the manager. Up pops this manager looking at me as if I’m trying to cheat her out of two drinks. I let her know what happened. She asked if I could show her the drinks and I responded that they were at home but just replacing one for my child was fine I would go without one. She said ‘okay, I got you for one’. She must not have told the original barista, cause she went ahead and made two. The two drinks were finished. The manager walked over, took one of the drinks and dumped it in the sink and brought the other one to the window, smiled at me and said,’have a good day’. I don’t know what her problem was, other than someone must have spit in her coffee this morning. She must have gotten more of a thrill by throwing it in the sink then working on her customer service. Meal type: Other Service: 1
