Probably the most authentic Italian-style pizza on the island .The bases are super fresh, super thin and deliciously crispy (the crusts taste devine when dipped in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, too).Personally I'm used to more toppings, but having said that, my diavola was just fabulous and my wife's margarita was full of flavour (sole some).Try these pizzas as intended first. If you still think you need more toppings, ask for them when you come back. And you will.We saw other diners congratulate the owner on the quality of the pizza while we were there, too.
