Very disappointing experience This was my first time having such a bad experience at El Cielo, and honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. I tried calling 16 times to make a reservation, and nobody answered. I then decided to come before 22:00 to make sure I could get a table. When I arrived, the restaurant was almost completely empty. I explained to the manager that I didn’t have a reservation because I had tried calling multiple times without getting an answer. His response was basically: “600 people are calling, I can’t answer everyone.” I understand that a restaurant can be busy, but then the information given to customers should be consistent. The restaurant says reservations are accepted until 22:30, and I stayed well beyond that time while the place was still mostly empty. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. When I asked about the available seating, he was extremely rude and dismissive, barely giving me any attention, as if I wasn’t even there. Then, when other customers arrived, I watched him welcome them completely differently. Am I not a paying customer too? Is my money worth less than anyone else’s? And finally, instead of offering me a proper table, I was seated right next to the toilets. I’m not someone who usually leaves bad reviews, but the way I was treated was simply unacceptable. Good food or a nice venue cannot compensate for making a customer feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad customer service from the staff, we had a booking and when we reached they told us it’s Saturday and it’s fully booked.One of the staff gave us a table, but Zakaria the Supervisor came with a very rude way to ask how did you seat , the table was with one chair only and he told us stay without chairs because we don’t have. We went to the Red house to check a table there, nobody is professional and they were rude too. Really disappointed, if you want to waste your time and money you can go there.
