It truly means a lot to us that you chose to spend your monthly date with us back in March, and we’re so happy the Tenderloin, taho ice cream, and cheesecake left such a memorable impression. I’m also really sorry that your second visit didn’t feel the same. Mother’s Day was one of our busiest days, but I completely understand how the long waits and inconsistency could affect the experience, especially with family. I will personally speak with our kitchen and service team so we can work on being more consistent and better prepared during busy services.
