EVA is honestly one of the best nights out in the city. From the moment you walk in, the whole place just has such a great atmosphere. The bar staff are absolutely incredible – they’re friendly, attentive and actually take the time to chat with you and make you feel welcome rather than just seeing you as another paying customer. That kind of service really stands out and makes the whole experience feel personal. The drinks are amazing too. The AU vodka–style cocktails are easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere in Manchester – colourful, creative and genuinely delicious. You can tell there’s a lot of thought put into the drinks menu and presentation. I also really appreciated that they offer Blue Light discount. As a nurse, it’s genuinely so nice to feel appreciated and recognised for the work we do. Little things like that really mean a lot. The security team also deserve a mention – they’re professional but also genuinely friendly and a delight to speak to, which creates a really welcoming and safe environment. The only slight downside currently is the toilets, but from what I understand these are already being worked on, so hopefully that’ll be improved soon. Overall EVA absolutely nails it – amazing staff, great drinks, brilliant atmosphere and a venue that clearly values its customers. Easily a 5-star experience and one of my favourite places.
