The tomato slices on my sandwich were the scraps of the tomato that you would throw out. There were LARGE inedible chunks of unripe tomato that didn't stay in the sandwich. I could not eat them. I expect tomato slices to actually be edible on a sandwich that costs $18.00. I wish the Mac salad was decent. I'd Much rather have chips, but they don't offer them with this club sandwich. I paid an extra 2.00 for the inedible Mac salad because I didn't want steak fries. This was through Door Dash. They are charging extra. I don't think the restaurant knows this. We won't be going back to this restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We do slice our tomatoes fresh daily, so it’s disappointing to hear that what you received was not up to standard. That will be addressed with our kitchen team. Regarding sides, all of our sandwiches that come with fries can be substituted with our homemade mac salad at no extra charge, and we’re sorry if there was any confusion about that during your visit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us improve.

The waitress was good, but the food was disappointing. The Italian omelet was not good—the sausage tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days and seemed like it was boiled rather than properly cooked. The tomatoes also tasted like they had been sitting out overnight. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We’re glad to hear your waitress took good care of you, but we’re very sorry the food didn’t meet your expectations. That’s never the experience we want our customers to have. We do want to assure you that our Italian sausage is cooked fresh on the grill, not boiled, and our tomatoes are sliced daily. What you described is not typical of our kitchen, and we take concerns like this seriously. We’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure everything is being prepared and served at the high standards we pride ourselves on. We stopped at East Ridge Family Restaurant after a very cold tour of the Seneca Park Zoo. Our server Elizabeth was very welcoming and helpful. Or food was good and generous. This is on our list for dining when we are in the area!
