SAMMI IS A LEGEND!!! Sam at East Side Mario's is an absolute gem! From the moment we sat down, Sam's warm smile and attentive service made our dining experience truly exceptional. His knowledge of the menu was impressive,. Sam ensured that our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude made us feel like VIPs. With his dedication and outstanding service, Sam truly deserves a promotion. We can't wait to return to East Side Mario's and be served by Sam again! We will never order delivery from this half a horse joint ever again! We ordered the spaghetti dinner with extra sauce. We ordered extra sauce because last order was dry -hardly any. We were charged 1.49 for extra sauce and received one of those tiny cups they give salad dressing in - like what??? I could buy a can of sauce for .99 cents and have 5 times the sauce! On top of that the spaghetti itself was not cooked fresh but rewarmed with fresh hot sauce poured on top - seriously? If I want warmed over left overs I will make it at home. So called the manager, was put on hold manager never answered our call/complaint. Worst food, customer service and a total ripoff in my opinion - 2 dinners cost 70.00 + bucks with drinks and we will surely not make that mistake ever again - gargantuan disappointment! We have been making it a point to support local businesses since the pandemic but if this is what you get forget it! Will be telling my friends also - no group night outs here! Buyer beware - don't let this happen to you. If I could give them zero stars I would!
