Healthy ready-made meals. Where can you go wrong! This place is extremely clean. The staff was very helpful when I got there. The freezers are easy to look in and well labeled. You can easily see eat by date on the product. It is very helpful for the caloric intake and ingredients to be listed directly on the package. All of the meals I have eaten were very good. Plenty of flavors, delicious and just the right portion. This is a wonderful concept for those that want to eat a different meal each time and it is healthy. Definitely, recommend.

Cool concept but the consumer base seems limited. The prices are too high for pre-made food that you have to microwave yourself. The people working were very knowledgeable and helpful which was nice but I felt overwhelmed with the options. It's a good concept for people who are on the go but i feel like there should be an option for made-to-order food for people who want to dine in. That would expand the consumer base and justify the high prices. I paid $10 for an okay salad that had already been prepared hours before. Not sure if I'll be back because the concept just doesn't really fit my lifestyle

As someone who travels for work, I am always looking for new healthy restaurants to try. I stopped by Eat Fit Go on a whim, and it was just what I was looking for. There were 20+ options of meals ranging from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Each meal was kept in a refrigerated case and labeled with the name, calories and price. Instead of browsing the case, I recommend checking out the menu to review the ingredients and nutritional information of each item. I went with the Asian Citrus Salad, which was fresh and had a great vinaigrette dressing. My one complaint is that the staff was polite, but not helpful as I was trying to decide what I wanted for lunch.
