EAT THIS Fast & Fresh

Thank you so much, Monica! This truly means a lot to us. We know how hard it can be to find easy, healthy food when your family has unique allergies, and we’re so happy we could be an option for you. We always want our guests to feel comfortable asking questions or reaching out ahead of time, especially when allergies or food restrictions are involved. With enough notice, we’re happy to help customize when we can. Thank you for trusting us and for taking the time to leave such a kind review. We appreciate you and your family so much!

Wow… this really means a lot. Thank you for taking the time to share this. We understand how stressful eating out can be when you’re dealing with an autoimmune condition. Always wondering what’s in the food, how you’re going to feel after… that’s exhausting. That’s exactly why we built our kitchen the way we did. Knowing you can come here, grab a meal, take it to work, and not have to think twice about it—that’s the goal. We’re really glad you feel good after eating with us. That’s everything. Thank you for trusting us. Seriously. We’ve got you anytime.

Wow, thank you for such an incredible review! We are so grateful you found us. It means a lot to hear that your lunch break turned into such a great experience at EAT THIS Fast & Fresh. The zucchini lasagna, meatloaf, and cauliflower mashed potatoes are some of our favorites too, so hearing you loved them makes our day. We work hard to make sure everything is extremely clean, made with quality ingredients, and tastes like real comfort food, not “diet food.” Being 100% gluten-free is important to us, but we always want the food to be so good that you would never even notice. The fact that your mother- and father-in-law enjoyed it too might be the best compliment of all. Converting picky eaters is one of our favorite challenges. We are truly grateful for your support and look forward to helping keep your family healthy, full, and happy for many meals to come. See you again soon!
