As noted in our prior response, our menu clearly outlines that our burgers are smash burger style with thinner patties. Requesting modifications like extra crispy and no burger sauce will naturally change the end result, as that is not how they’re intended to be served. We also accommodated changes after the order was placed. The price referenced in your review is incorrect—our Chuckanut burgers are priced at $15.50; with bacon, $17.50, not over $20. We’re very clear about what we offer so expectations match the experience. We stand behind our food, but it won’t be everyone’s preference.
