Hi Keegan, Thank you for giving us both the good and the constructive. So sorry to read that you had slower service. That's such a bummer because we know you have so many choices when choosing to spend your money out. As for the water station, we are happy to get you ice. I'm hoping if you did ask for it, you were accommodated. Very happy to read you enjoyed your beer and food. Phew. Just to explain why we have the water stations; we are such a casual environment and truthfully, so many glasses of water get left full on tables when water is not self serve.
