I ordered a noodle bowl with shrimp, with two scoops of teriyaki sauce. I didn’t eat it right away, but once I opened it, there didn’t seem to be any sauce at all. It was dry and the noodles were white. Teriyaki sauce is dark brown so I would have noticed if there was sauce in the bowl. I called the restaurant to complain and gave them my order number and they insisted they put two scoops of sauce in the bowl. They said they would look into it and call me back after a while. The girl that called me back insisted they put two scoops in there. She also said that they took three pictures of the order and you could see they put sauce in the bowl. That seemed a bit odd to me because who has time to put take pictures of every order. I have ordered the same thing many times at many different Edo’s. This is the first time, that I had a complaint. Customer service is sure not what it used to be. I am not impressed with this place. I will not be returning to this Edo’s. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
