В этом фастфуде всегда можно попробовать блюда японской кухни. Клиенты отрицательно отзываются о сукияках. Большинство гостей считают, что персонал здесь хороший. В Edo Japan профессиональный сервис. Судя по отзывам посетителей, здесь доступные цены. Атмосфера в этом месте очаровательная, но гости невысоко оценили это заведение на Google.

I ordered my food and drove home once I received it. All three of my orders were wrong. After looking at the receipt I was given, the sukiyaki beef I have always gotten was actually yakisoba beef. Before today I had no idea what yakisoba was or even how to pronounce the word, yet when I went back to get my order corrected I was accused, by whom I assume to be the manager (he is the eldest member of staff and always there,) to have ordered the yakisoba. He was the one who took my order and never apologized for the mistake. He then took my receipt (without asking or returning it after) and told the cooks to redo my order and to "just switch it with rice." I had gotten double beef on all my orders and when they were returned, all three orders were missing the extra beef, and all had cabbage on them. I had specifically requested no cabbage on two of my orders and since it said the order on my receipt I was upset to see the order was wrong again, even after my receipt was taken from me. I then went back into the building to ask for a refund and when the manager returned he took my order and slammed it on the counter behind him before giving me my refund. Overall, I have never had a problem with any staff member other than this individual, who I have always thought to be rude and impatient. As I previously said, he is always there and always acts like this. Without so much as an apology for messing my order up (twice), and being accused of ordering a dish I did not even know was offered, I will not be returning. There is an Edo Japan five minutes East of this location and I strongly suggest anyone looking for Edo Japan go there instead.
