Very high quality and great value. Much better than St Pierre’s or other chain sushi.

Note to owner’s reply. Thank you for your reply. The Udon soup was sweet and tasteless. I am sorry if my review is upsetting . We are not returning so I guess the refund won’t be possible, also this is about the quality of food rather than your willingness to refund . My partner had the bento box and that was very poor quality as well. Stopped on the way up north. I asked for spicy Ramen and I received an instant ramen packet just like the 1$ from supermarket. When I asked the lady about it she confirmed with the chef that indeed it was an instant package . She offered to swap it for Udon style ramen was on the sweet side and had crab cakes inside but now I am being fussy. I had some extra wasabi and ginger to make it edible . Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

We provided is traditional Japanese style udon with veggie tempura, It is not udon style ramen as you describe it. The fish cake inside the udon is naruto and kamaboko and all ingredients are imported from Japan. Nevertheless if you still don't like it and leave a negative review here, I will refund you $15 when you visit our shop on your way back to Auckland. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food. More

The Sushi Gallery wellsford needs a shake up. We are building a house just down the road and the guys here buy sushi from these guys almost daily but this might grind to a halt. Seems every single time any of us buy lunch the lady completely over charges us. It's happened so many times now it's just become tiresome. Today she charged me for 18 pieces when I got 11. So I ended up paying $14 extra. You basically need to check her calculations every single time. Not into people who try and rip others off. Whether it's intentional or not she shouldn't be in charge of taking people's money if she can't count.
