This is a wonderful gem at Kapalama Shopping Center. There was a long line outside for the dibe in section so we decided to eat in the Take Out area. Great ambience and friendly staff! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best food I’ve had in Hawaii so far. 10/10 def going to try to make it back here before we leave. The drinks the food the ambiance the staff is undeniably amazing. As someone in the restaurant industry I recommend anyone visiting Hawaii to come here not that they need the business, they are just that good. I’m a breakfast person, you know, the sort that loves indulging in breakfast in the morning, at noon, and yes, even at night. I’ve been on island for several months and let’s just say that finding the right breakfast for me on island has been challenging. Enter Egghead Café. Like you, I scoped out the scene via Google Reviews and Instagram, did my research and made my way over. I could not have been more pleased to find that from the moment I walked in the door and took in the calm décor and smiling faces that seated me was I welcomed with their banner emblazoned on the wall, “Let’s Aloha Egghead.” Let’s. I want to say that ordering was easy, but it wasn’t. There were too many delicious options to choose from. This is the only fault I’ve found with Egghead thus far. That and they aren’t located right beside my place... After some debating, I settled and convinced myself that I’d be back to try absolutely everything else (I’ve been back since and making my way down the list). So, I went with the Cali-Cali Benedict and iced Matcha Honey Latte. My partner opted in for the Eggs-Brekky and Peanut Butter French Toast as well as a black coffee. Is it possible to be full and still want more? Yes. And that’s the overarching narrative when it comes to Egghead Café. From the atmosphere to the welcoming staff to the merch, free stickers, in-house crafted coffee, and deliciousness that is their menu. We will be back, have been back, and recommend you get in here to see for yourself.
