If I could give negative stars I would. We came in on a Sunday morning and it took over 40 mins to get our order. Shelly, the manager, is incompetent and is way over her head managing. There were 5 people working the line and we saw maybe 4 orders go out while we waited. She gave no direction to her employees to get the line moving faster. Also sat and watched one of the employees give over $40 of food to his friends while 20 people waited for their food. Terrible experience. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Matin and their manager (I think?) made my morning! They were so sweet and even gave me an extra bagel on the house! I usually don’t come out this way but I stopped on my way to church from Aldie, VA and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Great, speedy service with a smile! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today was my first time ordering from Einstein Bros. Bagels through DoorDash, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but instead received a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. This was not a small mistake — I cannot eat bacon, so my entire sandwich had to be thrown away. I contacted DoorDash, provided photo proof, and thankfully received a full refund. I also called the store and spoke with a manager (his name was either Steve or Martin), but the situation already showed a serious lack of attention to orders. The worst part of the experience was the cinnamon roll. It had an excessive amount of cream cheese icing on top — literally a thick block piled onto it. On top of that, the cinnamon roll wasn’t even warm — it was extremely cold. It looked completely unappetizing and poorly prepared. I threw it away immediately and honestly wish I had taken a picture because it was that bad. At this point, I’m just shocked that food was sent out in that condition. I understand mornings can be busy and DoorDash orders can pile up, but basic order accuracy and food quality should still matter. Sending customers the wrong food and serving items prepared this poorly is unacceptable. This was a horrible first impression, and I will not be ordering from this location again. Management should seriously evaluate order verification and food preparation standards. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
