Hello Valeria! I’m sorry you feel that way. My staff was never rude nor unkind. You purchased fresas con crema and then went on your way. Once you got home you unmanaged the product and they fell. At YOUR house. You told us that and even showed my staff the picture of the smothered product on your floor. It is a sad situation. I get it . But we had no control over how you managed the product in your hands and outside our establishment and couldn’t give you Free Fresas. I’m glad you decided to drive back and buy some new fresas! Even though on your second trip you were upset and somewhat rude to our staff members as you walked out, we will gladly serve you some new fresas when your cravings return. Have a great evening!
