Every time I come here, I receive excellent customer service from everyone except one employee an older woman with gray and black hair. The first few times I interacted with her, she came across as very snarky and had a rude attitude when speaking to me. I always try to be friendly and respectful, and I always tip, so these interactions have made me feel uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, I wanted to order the margarita special. I asked the employee at the front desk if there was a special, and he said yes. When I went to the bar, I told the bartender twice that I wanted the special. He then asked me what flavor I wanted, so I replied, “Strawberry,” before stepping away to use the restroom. If the flavor wasn’t part of the special, I’m confused as to why I was asked to choose one. When I noticed I was being charged the regular price instead of the special, I simply tried to understand the difference. Money wasn’t the issue I had no problem paying. I just wanted clarification on why I was being charged $13 when I specifically asked for the special. Unfortunately, the same older woman immediately became argumentative instead of helping clarify the situation. This wasn’t an isolated incident. At this point, it’s a pattern. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been unpleasant, and she consistently makes me feel unwelcome. I want to be clear that this review is not about the restaurant as a whole. Everyone else I’ve encountered has been kind, professional, and welcoming. My only concern is with this one employee, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers. Price per person: $10–20
