Sad to say really bad experience at El Azteca in Park Ridge. They made a mistake with our order which is fine. We all make mistakes. We discovered the mistake when we got home and called. They accused us of changing our order??? Despite having the receipt which clearly had our correct order listed. When they finally agreed to make the additional items that were missing, we were told we had to drive back to them and bring the wrong food with us. When we go there, there was another gentleman dealing with a similar issue and an uber driver pick-up who said he was not waiting because they were having trouble with his order as well. While we were waiting for our correct order, they insisted we weren’t being honest until we showed them the receipt. Then they acknowledged that it was their mistake but still took back the food to either reuse or throw out (my money is on reuse because why throw out perfectly good food and just piss off the customer even more?) Not ever going there again. Going home now to eat cold, potentially re-used food I would expect a little more professionalism and customer service from a place that is so highly rated. I’ve never posted something like this on social media. It was that bad, and they were that rude to us when they screwed up! The best part is there were no beans in the burritos when we finally got them home. I did not go back a second time. I gave up. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is a good with a homemade Mexican flavor. I ordered for takeout but by the time I arrived home the food was cool. My fault for not reheating. The burrito was huge, but the tacos small - order 4 or 5. I will definitely trying. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I have been coming here since I was in high school and will be 30 this year. Every single time it does not miss. The food is phenomenal, authentic, and comes at a fair price. This place has been a staple in my life and I appreciate all the people who work here who have made that possible. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
