Was one of my favorite local places, I was definitely a regular. However, the last time I went was a different story.. It had been my solo spot, I loved sitting at the bar; chatting with both the people and the charismatic bartender lady. I became excited to take my fiance there. It was my hidden gem I was to finally reveal to her. But as I foreshadowed, when we arrived, there was a completely different vibe going on. We immediately felt unwelcome by the bartender (one I hadn't seen before) and people at the bar that were apparently her friends. Rude looks, the whole package. I tried to ignore it but it was hard when the bartender was almost rolling her eyes as she was taking our drink order. After making it obvious we weren't welcome, we were "cut off" and refused our margaritas after being there for less than 5 minutes. I want to be clear, we were sober, very reserved, and trying to be very polite despite the reception we were being given. I told them that they were not going to continue good business this way and left. To be honest, it was absolutely ridiculous, I've never been treated as a customer (not to mention one with the intention of spending alot of money) in my entire life. Hopefully a glitch, they need to fire her. 4 stars bc the food is amazing, would've been a hard 5 before this experience. Losing regulars isn't a good business model. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
