First of all Jenny was wonderful. The atmosphere and the whole place is unique of Cuba. The tostones de Lechon and Mariquitas were delicious. It was our first time here and we will definitely return before we leave back to Utah. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–100

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is 100% authentic Cuban and full of flavor. I ordered the picadillo, and it was absolutely delicious! seasoned. My husband had the rabo encendido, and it was also fantastic! Both perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere has such a great vibe, and the waiters and waitresses are always attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The service really makes the experience even better. The prices are also very fair for the quality and portions you get. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Mérida. If you love Cuban food, this place is a must! It would be even better if they offered cold filtered water (not bottled), especially with how hot Mérida gets. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $200–300

El Cuarto de Tula is one of my favorite spots in Mérida! The atmosphere is vibrant and full of energy, with fantastic live music that makes you feel like you've been transported to Cuba. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The drinks were delicious, the food was full of flavor, and the entire experience was unforgettable. If you're looking for great Cuban vibes, amazing service, and a fun night out, this is the place to go! Price per person: MX$500–600
