Ordered a breakfast plate, asked for extra eggs and ham, paid $1.50 for extra "eggs" and $4.50 for extra ham. This is what I got. So basically I paid $20 plus tax for a ton of ham and some very salty beans and rice. Spoke to the manager who said they only put 2 eggs in an order and the extra egg charge is for "one egg". I told her my order didn't even look like it had 2 eggs in it, much less the extra, and asked to be refunded for the "extra" egg I paid. I was told I needed to bring the food/receipt and drive back there (I live in north Lodi). She could have easily taken my credit card info and done the refund over the phone or offered a credit on my next order. Unfortunately, there won't be a next time as I will not be returning. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So disappointed, have been coming here for the last year and I’m not sure if management changed or what but the last TWO times I’ve gotten their asada fries they’ve been dry and flavorless. The first time I was told you couldn’t pay extra for sour cream because it already comes with sour cream. This definitely doesn’t have ANY sour cream. Just paid 39$ for this and some nachos. Customer service is also trash, when asking for extra sauce we were met with attitude and dismissiveness. So disheartening because I use to love coming here. Definitely won’t be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
