The service is terrible, which is a shame because the food is great. 3 of the 4 times I’ve gone to pick up my online order there and some of the staff don’t seem to know what day it is. Tonight I gave the young lady my number and was told it would be ready shortly, so I waited patiently as they were busy, 25 mins later I asked if she knew how long it might be and it was ready the whole time on a shelf right behind her, so by the time I got it home it was cold and missing a drink. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
