We stumbled across this gem because we got a nail in our tire on the way to Monterey and stopped next door for a repair. We got carne asada and pastor tacos. Definitely the best tacos I've had in a long time. We'll stop here anytime we're passing through Gilroy

Had a great mothers day dinner where no one had to cook! We ordered 8 rolls and they were all super delicious! I appreciate how they carefully took our order also. My family is from Culiacan and we all loved it. Food: 5 Service: 5

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The menu lacks variety and offers very limited options, which was already underwhelming. What made the experience significantly worse was the customer service. The staff came across as rude and unaccommodating. I made a simple request to have the meat on the side of my quesadilla, and the person at the register immediately said it wasn’t possible without offering any explanation or attempting to help. The wait time was also unacceptable. I waited over 40 minutes for my order, which is excessive, especially for a food truck. Long waits can be understandable when the food quality and service make up for it, but that wasn’t the case here. To top it off, the food is overpriced for what you receive. Between the poor customer service, lack of flexibility, long wait, and prices that don’t match the experience, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
