This is, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The customer service is awful. The employees are rude, dismissive, and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. If there’s a problem with your order, don’t expect anyone to apologize or make it right. They act like you’re the inconvenience. I quit dining in because the service was so bad and switched to carryout, thinking it would be better. It wasn’t. The last three carryout orders have all had mistakes, and every time I’ve called, I’ve been met with poor attitudes instead of solutions. The way they nickel-and-dime customers is unbelievable. Charging about $5 for a tiny cup of sour cream is outrageous, and now they’re charging $1.50 for a bag of chips. To make it worse, my exact same order came with two bags of chips last week, but this week they only included one. The pricing and portions seem to change whenever they feel like it. It makes you wonder if they’ll start charging dine-in customers every time they ask for another basket of chips. This restaurant has gone downhill in every possible way. Poor customer service, constant order mistakes, inconsistent portions, and overpriced extras. They clearly don’t value their customers, and after giving them multiple chances, I’m done. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually appreciates your business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
