went at 11:55 online it said they opened at 10am at the workers did not open the store till 12!!! so i didn’t even end up going but what business opens 2 hours late or opens whenever they want? and then they would still have to make all the food which would take longer yeah no im not even from here came on vacation. disappointing. Service: 1

everything was very delicious, I gave 4 stars because of portions. The stuff quesadilla was small for the price paid for it. I expected to be bigger than it was. The bowl was great! The chips were a bit stale and there were only 10 chips in a little bag. I expected a bigger bag of chip and fresh. Otherwise will order again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came through the drive-thru on my way home from a long day at work to grab something for dinner. It has been years since the last time I had El Pollo Loco so I was kind'a excited to see if it was still as tasty as I remembered. As I placed my order, I was informed that there would be about a 10 minute wait. Of course, this was a bit disappointing and for a moment I considered just going home. But 10 minutes isn't too bad so I went ahead and waited. Vanessa was super nice and sincere in her apology...and even offered me something to drink while I waited. I declined as I already had one but the gesture was what mattered most. Long story short: the food was exactly how I remembered it! SOOO good! Thank you Vanessa for the fantastic service! Loke i said "always look for the silver lining" I will definitely be back!! *something to keep in mind though: this location sits on the corner of a fairly busy intersection and can be slightly inconvenient to access. Take a breathe and stay the course. It's worth it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place
