I went to El Pollo Loco on Churn Creek Road in Redding, Ca. I ordered 2 grilled chicken crunchy tacos. They told me they dont have any crunchy taco shells. They said they could make one in few minutes. So that was fine. When I got it, I bit into it and about burned my tongue off it was so hot! I eventually ate one of the two I got. Did not taste the greatest. My son didnt care for his burrito either. THEN I got home and started to eat the 2nd taco. Took couple bites, felt something hard in my mouth. It was a chicken bone!!!! I almost choked on it! Im never going there again!! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Manager Jessica is really doing her best! The new opening has definitely been chaotic. Hopefully this location settles to be more like the ones down south. Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
