First time visiting, tried the Hawaiian style quesadilla and a piña colada daiquiri and both were delicious!! Our server, Yarlee (hopefully I spelled this right), was super helpful, so cheerful, and just overall incredible!! The atmosphere was very clean and cozy (the music wasn't too loud either)! Will definitely be returning! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve never left a bad review for a business, but I feel this one is warranted. We went to eat here & business was pretty slow. We eat here all the time & I’ve never had an issue. We start off with drinks & appetizers & everything is okay so far. My sister ordered 2 ground beef tacos. 1st bite she took was okay, but the second bite was completely raw. Super pink. She spit it out. So she stopped eating that taco. She then looked at the other taco, & the meat was also completely raw. She brought it to the servers attention, which he was very apologetic. He took it to his “manger” or whatever she was & my sister asked to order 2 more ground beef tacos with the meat completely cooked through. As she was ordering, the “manager” over heard & said very rudely to us that if she orders another taco, it’ll be the same meat. Which is gross anyways, & she only took off one taco. Which they aren’t too expensive anyways, but my sister is pregnant & eating raw meat is not okay. It was honestly the principle of the situation. We then brought it to our servers attention again, & he brought it back to the manager & asked for her to take off the other taco, which she again refused. Not once did she come over & try to remedy the situation other than the sly comment she made about the meat. It’s sad to see this type of behavior as I worked in the serving industry for years. I understand you do have those customers, but we are frequent guests at this establishment & to see this behavior is disappointing. This was not on the server at all & he was very apologetic & tried to remedy the situation as best as he could, which we appreciate & noticed. This is in the management of this place. We will not be back, which is sad because we’ve always loved this place, but I will not support somewhere that serves raw meat & where management not only treats their guests this way, but also their employees. Shame on you. Meal type: Dinner

After 9 hours of travel, we decided to stay close to our hotel just off I-10 so decided to try Jalapeño Grill. Not only was the food extremely flavorful , but the portions were great & the value the best we’ve seen in a long while! We eat out at least 4 times a week & wish we could eat here versus just passing thru. Great fresh made salsa, warm chips,flavorful refried beans & rice as well. Loved their pico de gallo, but with the name Jalapeño Grill, they do have more heat than the average restaurant place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
