Food was absolutely delicious and staff were amazing. Very friendly abd courteous. I wish there was one restaurant as good as this one in New Jersey. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wanted to love El Refu Seafood 6, and there were definitely some positives, but overall I can only give it three stars. What we loved: • The staff was fantastic, so friendly, accommodating, and they really made my son’s birthday special. • The kids’ play area was a huge hit. My children had an absolute blast, and it gave us parents a nice break. • Portion sizes were generous, and my boys really enjoyed the crawfish. • The decor was lovely, and the pricing was reasonable (our bill for six people, including tip, was around $180). • Drinks were enjoyable, though I’m unsure if the alcoholic ones actually contained alcohol. Where it fell short: • Service was very slow, which made the experience frustrating—especially since we had plans afterward. Waiting for food, drinks, and the check took way longer than expected. • Food quality was disappointing. My husband and I didn’t finish our fajitas, and I had to go get food afterward. While the kids enjoyed their seafood, the dishes we tried just weren’t good. • The menu felt overwhelming with so many options. Overall: The staff and atmosphere are wonderful, and the kids’ area is a big plus. But the slow service and disappointing food make it hard to recommend. I hope they improve the kitchen because if the food matched the service, this could be a really fun spot to return to. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
