We recently started coming back to El Taco, and the improvements under the new ownership are immediately noticeable and truly appreciated. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the value for the price is excellent. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is Mackenzie. She provides, without exaggeration, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. She is incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her presence completely elevates the entire experience, she made me feel valued and taken care of in a way that is so rare to find, at any establishment these days. Mackenzie is absolutely wonderful! I wasn’t having the best day and she totally turned it around with her vibrate personality. She sets the gold standard for what customer service should be and could easily teach a master class on it. I sincerely hope her employer recognizes what an extraordinary asset they have in her, employees like Mackenzie are not just valuable, they are unforgettable Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Over the holidays, my family had the opportunity to enjoy a late lunch at El Taco and we had a very enjoyable experience. The service was good, the venue was clean, and the prices were very affordable. We will be returning! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is too cute. Love the atmosphere and most of the staff was very nice, however, one fella on shift was very rude to the other employees. I could not work with someone so negative so kudos to them. Food of course was excellent! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
