We arrived 430pm Saturday, just two people for a few beers. No costumers were there. Consequently, The music was blaring for the employees so we asked to be sat at the veranda. No problem.
We received our beers, which would maybe put perfect pint a run for their money, but then the problem started.
We were asked to leave the veranda. Apparently, the veranda was reserved so we were asked to transfer to the loud music noisy area with nobody there (after being sat in the veranda).
I didn’t want that so I said let us just finish our beer (less than 1/4) and we’ll bill out. But the manager on duty (whose name is MJ) decided it was ok to have the staff start to prepare the veranda before we could leave. They started lifting tables as though we were not paying customers, and with total disrespect.
We said we would just finish our beers but I guess the people who reserved the place were more important than a couple who were sat in the wrong spot for no fault of their own.
To the owner: I am an aficionado of craft beer and would have brought you more business. Now you have a one star. Please retrain your staff, especially MJ to be more respectful. Craft beer is already a tough business, so please get your service on point.
We’re not looking for inuman but something premium and you’ll have our loyalty.
Summary: good beer bad service.
