Always a good vibe. Food is delicious and the ladies there are wonderful. I am now a regular because of them. Jai, Maria, Gladys thanks for all you do.

I came to Rico Mexican Tacos Bar & Restaurant on Saturday, November 8th, and had an absolutely awful experience with our server, Luna. From the start, she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, completely inattentive, and acted like we were bothering her every time we asked for something simple. I never make reviews on here, but this needed to be said. We waited forever just to get water and even longer for our food, which came out wrong and cold. When we tried to mention it, Luna rolled her eyes and walked away instead of helping fix the issue. She barely checked on us the entire meal and didn’t seem to care at all about the customers around her either. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had anywhere. It’s a shame because the restaurant itself seems nice, but service like that ruins everything. Management seriously needs to take a look at who they’re hiring — because that kind of attitude has no place in customer service. I definitely won’t be coming back.
