Хороший пляж, отличные лежаки, цены конечно немного завышены. Но это плата за сервис. Очень вкусные бургеры. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €35–40

I never write reviews but this time I had to! And before anything I like to clarify that I am talking about Encore Beach Bar not the other beach bar. I am coming to Encore 3 years in a row have spent over 4000 euros total there, always big bills always tips and everything. I have recommended Encore to a lot of people including my family and friends who also go there the last 3 years. Today, I came and as always I went to the waiter for sun beds, he told me to take the big couch and sun bed because only that is available, I agreed for the price of 60 euros min consumption and I went to take it while some guy sat on it before me, the waiter didn’t do anything. After 5 minutes he told me that he has 2 sun beds free. We went sat on them for 5-10 minutes then another waiter came and told me that some people were waiting before us and that we need to get up. I said okay no worries we will go to the restaurant tables and order some food while we wait, he said okay. After 10 minutes of sitting on the restaurant table we called the waiter and he told us another waiter is coming for you to order. We waited another 10 minutes and told him again and he said the same thing. We waited another 10 minutes and saw people who just came being taken to sun beds which became available while we were waiting. Got up and went to another beach bar. It’s such a shame that you treat regular customers who brought you 20 extra guests like this. If I had the option to put 0 stars I would put 0. And a bonus, the new staff doesn’t know English very well. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
