terrible costumer service. as a returning costumer who came back on the same day to catch the second world cup game after spending $250 on our first visit. not even 2 hours later we came back to get some more appetizers & drinks (since we just ate there and weren’t too hungry) they were trying to rush us out and kept giving us weird looks. one of the workers approached us and said we all had to order something when 4/5 people at the table all got drinks and an appetizer. mind you we already gave them so much business before and was not told once that everyone had to at least order one thing. we all wanted to share the appetizer as something light and he INSISTED on making the 5th person order a water bottle to ensure he can “ring something up” as he said. to be frank, they were very disrespectful about it and could have gone at it with a way different approach. might i add the service in general is just very slow and the staff is not attentive at all. it took us over twenty minutes to get the attention of the staff to simply order some water. overall bad vibes from the staff!!! Went to Eros Cafe and had a really good experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were decent for the price. Service was friendly and pretty quick, and the place had a nice casual vibe. It’s a solid spot if you’re in the mood for something simple but tasty. Would definitely go again.
