Bad place. We arrived and they didn't even give us the menu, we spent more than 50 minutes just waiting to receive it, in the end we got tired and went to get it ourselves. We had ordered a few things through the happy hour menu that they post on Instagram: fried chicken, broth and garlic bread, after 50 minutes we only received the chicken, amazingly, it was basically fried skin because there was almost no meat and yet It was cold (did they wait 40 minutes just to put it on the plate?), as for the others, I don't know what happened, because I can't understand how difficult it is to bake a loaf of bread and put broth in a glass, for it to take longer than 40 minutes. minutes. Anyway, I went with expectations and left completely disappointed. And the tip is, if the company still doesn't have the structure to meet a high customer demand, there's no point in calling influencers to promote the place, whether you want it or not, word of mouth marketing is more harmful than anything, because I myself I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, my colleagues and I had a terrible experience and it was an important date. In total, we were a group of approximately 20 people who arrived throughout the night. I was one of the first to arrive and there were no chairs or tables (the restaurant only had 3 tables in the room, two occupied and ours) I and a few colleagues waited for chairs but unfortunately after waiting so long we went to get them from their warehouse, until then "all good". That day besides our table there were only two couples, that is (0 movement and few requests, which makes the following sequence of events more absurd). When we arrived it was happy hour, about 6 of my colleagues and I ordered a portion of sweet potato chips at different times and they all came out differently (no standard), including the last ones soaked in oil, the same for the fried chicken. In addition to countless times they make mistakes with our order and bring things we didn't ask for. Simple dishes took around 40 minutes to 1 hour to arrive. Also, some people had to stand because the staff were not willing to take chairs. In the end, none of the orders were right and when it came to paying the bill it was a mess. What I could see is that the location is great, the structure in general is also great, but the lack of management of both the waiters and the kitchen is notable. We witness the cooks discussing what can already be seen as a lack of professionalism. One suggestion: the owner must be inside the establishment, if not, there must be a manager. Also, train your employees, they do what they can with what they know (I don't blame them in that sense). All in all, it was a very bad experience and as a person I hope you can improve in these aspects to live up to the aesthetics and quality that is shared on the restaurant's Instagram.
