Would liked to have seen some vegan options with the cakes. Staff were rushed and our eat in order forgotten, we took it away and ate it at work. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Very understaffed!! Around 20 customers and only 1 staff member struggling to cope. Popped in for breakfast rolls which were out of stock. Scrambled eggs and drinks took over 25 minutes to arrive. Other customers who came in after me left after standing at the counter unserved for 5 minutes as the only staff member was in the kitchen.

Unfortunately you came in on a day when we were understaffed due to illness and staff holidays. As I am sure you are aware, this is very rare occasion and the person who was on shift did their best to get the food to you as quickly as possible. I would hope next time you leave a 1 star review you would consider why the company is understaffed and the impact this could have on a hard working family trying to run a business within an industry which is widely known to be struggling.More
