Went to Ex-Machina for dinner with a group of friends, and the first thing that stands out is the space itself the restaurant has a really cool interior and a great atmosphere. The menu, however, felt a bit confusing to navigate on a first visit, and unfortunately we didn’t get much guidance from our waiter while ordering. The place was also quite loud, which made it harder to hear the explanations of the dishes. Food-wise, everything we had was good quality and flavorful. My personal favorite was the shrimp tartare, and the bread (make sure you start with that). On the other hand, the Baba Tiramisu dessert didn’t really work for me the biscuit was too tough to chew. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would still go back to try more from the menu, even though I personally found the menu a little overwhelmin. One thing worth mentioning: Our waiter toward the end of the night felt noticeably less pleasant than at the start, slighlty rude. Still, a very interesting spot in Athens with a strong concept and atmosphere. Price per person: €45–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This place is a gift from heaven - solves all your problems (deus ex Machina) All meals are an amazing mix of flavors and presented with lots of love for the details. Service is a 10 out of 10 - the personnel always had an eye on our water / wine supply. Ambiente is really cool - all plates are individually designed. Some of them even have paintings of the chef himself. We‘ll 100% come again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
