The food is med (1 ). The ambiance ok (zero stars). The service rude, dismissive and rigid - It was towards me amd also 2 other customers through which I found out they just dont have the list of estimated caloriesfor their meals. (negative 5 stars). The prices are over priced (zero stars). The condiments, utensils etc are non-existent or extra flimsy (extra sauce cannot be given on the side because they don't have container for side sauce and 2 forks broke while eating this food. So, should be at -4 stars but the least possible here is 1. It is what it is. Food: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian options: When asked they don't have a list of calories, etc. For their dishes.

This is there shrimp roll tempura, I can’t taste any shrimp and avocado on it! Its only full of rice! Serving and taste is really bad! Should have bought a cup of rice instead of this lol. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20

I asked rthe woman taking my order if there was a free refill on the fountain drinks. She replied, you get One. But when I finished my soda drink ans went back fkr the free refill she told me it would cost another dollar. I told her that is not what you told me when I ordered the drink. She also gave me a Bad Attitude. I told her I would like to speak with the manager about the situation ans she denied me. I asked her for the managers name and she would not give me his name. I over her talking to a person on the phone which she referred to him as Rafael. I asked her if Rafael is the manager and she would not confirm that Rafael is the manager. I told her I would write a review about my bad experience with Osaka Japan restaurant in Santa Ana. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
