Hi Lucky, we are very disappointed to read this review as it does not reflect what actually happened. When you contacted us about the issue, our staff tried to resolve it immediately and we prepared another pizza for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we also gave you another pizza free if charge. Overall you received four pizzas for £16 which means you got a large pizza for £4 which you will find no where else. Our order record also does not show any request for the pizza to be made without bacon.Additionally, the pizza was not burnt as described, and the photo shared only shows part of the pizza rather than the whole pizza. We always do our best to provide good food and service to our customers, and it is unfortunate to receive such a review after we did everything possible to resolve the situation.
