Cancelling our reservation without prior notice! It was a disastrous experience. We booked a meal online for 4:30 p.m., and although we arrived on time at Flamme, we were told that the restaurant had already closed. We only received an apology and were then asked if we would like to wait 30 minutes for another restaurant to open. No complimentary drink, tea, snack, or voucher was offered. The booking system and staff aren't up to the standard of an Four Seasons. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
