I love Futuro! Their space is beautiful and well curated. They had close to 10 specialty drinks that all sounded unique and interesting. My friends and I were interested in trying all of them! I ended up getting one of the matcha drinks since they use Kettl matcha and I know that is good from having it in NYC. It did not disappoint. I tried some of the coffee specialty drinks my friends ordered and they were also really good. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly, this place has a cool minimalist design and interesting concept. But service is really poor. Some of the servers are not friendly or kind. I hope they can improve the service quality. Its not a pleasant experience to order drinks. Moreover they do not allow customization on the drinks. Seriously in 2026 does this make sense for the coffee industry? Also they have limited milk options and charging ports nowhere to be found. I think improvements in service quality, positivity, and drink customizations can help the customers a lot. Such a shame on the service side of things. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This coffee shop is top tier for sure. The baristas are knowledgeable and are welcoming to share that knowledge. Every drink I had was great. The selection was great, a pink bourbon used for the cortado was awesome, definitely different. The cold brew was great, nicely balanced. I also had the MAR, I don't usually do sweet drinks but this one for sure hot the spot. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
